TERMS & CONDITIONS

**Please note the following terms and condition before applying for a trade account

​

  • All trade accounts will start off with Silver status. If an account spends $2500 or more within 12 months of opening their account, they will upgraded to Gold status. If after 12 months, the account spend is less that $1500, Bronze status will be applied. If the yearly spend drops below $500, the trade account will be suspended.

  • Visible proof of your detailing or grooming business is required. eg: active website or Facebook page

  • All trade spend targets are do not include GST.

  • Minimum spend of $500+ GST per year to retain trade account access

  • Account spend calculated on the previous 12 months, not annual calendar year.

  • Trade accounts cannot redeem any additional or seasonal sale discounts

  • The Detail Formula reserves the right to terminate any approved trade account without notice.

  • All orders are required to be paid in full before they are shipped, no credit available.

  • Affiliate program credit will be applied at the end of each month.

  • The Detail Fomula reserve the right to change pricing or trade discounts without notice
