For a long time, I steered clear of ceramic coatings. I'd heard horror stories about them curing too quickly, failing to level properly, and being almost impossible to remove if something went wrong. The thought of having to wet sand a vehicle just to correct a coating mistake was enough to keep me away.
The other reason was simple: I was completely in love with the finish I was getting from Menzerna Power Lock. At the time, I couldn't imagine any ceramic coating matching the slickness and gloss that sealant delivered. In my mind, coatings had a lot of work to do before they could replace it.
