P&S Brake Buster
I've tried a lot of wheel cleaners over the years—from Adam's to CarPro, Koch Chemie to Meguiar's, and struggled to find one that ticked all the boxes. I almost settled on Adam's Tire & Wheel Cleaner, but it just didn't have the lubrication I was looking for.
After trying and loving Bead Maker, I decided to give more of the P&S range a go. Problem solved. Brake Buster cleans just as well as the Adam's product but clings to the surface longer, giving it more time to break down brake dust, road grime and tyre browning. It's become my go-to wheel cleaner.
TDF Wheel Barrel Duo Brushes - Flat and Skinny
This is my favourite wheel brush combination because the two brushes complement each other perfectly. The skinny brush reaches deep into barrel designs with lots of spokes, while the flat brush slides behind large brake calipers and tight spaces that most barrel brushes simply can't reach.
The specially processed polyester fibres are gentle on your wheels, don't absorb much water, and stay lightweight throughout the wash. Combined with the strong fibreglass handles that won't flex under pressure, these brushes make cleaning wheel barrels quicker and easier than ever.
TDF Bristle Brush
I keep this one simple, this brush is dedicated to wheel wells. The stiff bristles make quick work of built-up dirt and road grime, and I haven't found anything that does the job better.
TRC Ultra Wheel Mitt
For me, wheels are the least enjoyable part of washing a car, especially when they have intricate spoke designs. This little half mitt has been a game changer.
It easily reaches the tight spots that brushes often miss, allowing you to clean every face, spoke and corner of the wheel with confidence. Once you've used one, it's hard to go back.
TRC Wheel & Tyre Brush
Tyres need a brush with firm bristles to properly scrub away old dressing and browning. This brush holds its shape well, cleans aggressively when needed, and has become a permanent part of my wheel cleaning routine.
One feature I particularly like is the rubber bumper around the brush head, which helps prevent accidental contact from damaging your painted wheels or fenders.
TDF All Purpose Towel
This is the towel that gets used for just about everything. Whether you're wiping down engine bays, removing tyre dressing residue, cleaning door jambs, or tackling any dirtier jobs, this is the towel I reach for.
Like all of our towels, it's laser cut with no stitched edging. That means if it's clean, it's perfectly safe to use on paintwork without worrying about the edges causing scratches, although I generally reserve these towels for the dirtier jobs to keep my premium towels in top condition.
